2 Stripers weighed 11 and 13 pounds. We had enough action to keep us busy
but the bigger fish we were looking for illuded us today. C ya on the Water.

spot any American Shad today but it is still early yet and the water temps
need to reach 50+ degrees to get them heading north. I still have a few

4-08-2006---Lake Wallenpaupack, PA. The weather didn't look to promising
when Tom Collins and I headed to the "pack" to fish in the NABA-Renegade
2006 Open Partner Circuit today. Todays event was the 1st in a series of
10 events that NABA-Renegade runs through out the year at Wallenpaupack.
The cold, windy, and sometimes snowy weather had most anglers wondering
why they got out of bed this morning! I thought the same thing until we
landed our 1st few fish. Tom and I had a great day boating 5 Large mouth
Bass for a total weight of 19.5+ pounds and taking top honors in todays
16 boat field. My 2nd fish today was a 5.25 pound Large Mouth Bass which
wound up winning the lunker pool! The next event is on Sunday June 18th.

3-11-2006---I floated Knights eddy to Port Jervis with Rich today. Water
flow and Clarity is low and clear for this time of year. Rich and I
figured we could pick up a few Walleye before the season closes in a few
days. The Walleye didn't cooperate but the UDR Brown Trout gave us some
great catch and release action! Rich and I boated 7 nice Browns today!

===========================================================================
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
2-05-2006---Ice Fish or Open water fish..... You pick! This warm winter
weather we are encountering can make it a tough decision. I decided to put
the boat back in the Upper Delaware. Todays fishing was slow but I did
pick up a few Walleye with one pushing the 6 pound range. Winter is not
over yet but once again it was nice fishing some open water in February!

===========================================================================
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
1-22-2006---Is winter over? It's not too often you can float the Delaware
during the month of January! Rich and I caught and released several Walleye
and Smallmouth Bass today. I'm not sure If the warm weather will last, but
fishing the river from a boat this time of year is certainly a rare treat!
